Today included a smoothie that packed A LOT of punch. Try it next time you need something super-charged to start your day or for a wicked snack later in the day.
1apple (I used ambrosia. You use what you like), 1/2 banana, huge handful swiss chard, handful parsley, 1/2 peeled cucumber, grated ginger to taste (I like spicy), 1 tsp or so spirulina or any greens powder you like, 1 packet stevia, water, ice.
Blend for a minute or two.
Makes about a mason jar full. Sip and enjoy!
