You’ll find the instruction and guidance in these classes thoughtful, clear and balanced. Mixing elegant sequencing, alongside a healthy does of humor and practical applications movement classes of all forms will help you encounter your self with more fortitude and grace, as you learn the tools and techniques of yoga and conscious movement.

VERDANT: A Spring Movement and Writing Series

Welcome to a space where your body writes the poems. Where your body offers you the doorway into creativity. I believe a poet lives within us all. A dancers heart lives in us as soon as we bring ourselves to the beat. There is magic amongst us to be found!
Each session will offer you a full and hearty facilitated dance, based in the style of the 5-Rhythms. Elements of developmental movement and yoga will also be woven in this movement time as well. Together we will shake loose what wants to be put onto the page. Our writing time will be robust and full, including various prompts and exercises to craft your words into magic. Sharing and witnessing of eachother and our work will be held sacredly.

Investment: sliding scale $425-$625 for whole series (each session is 2.5 hours.)
