Practices to fortify your body, clarify your mind, and exquisitely tend you heart. Our goal is embodiment--to move closer to a felt and lived experience of ourselves so we can more authentically engage with others and our world.

You’ll find the instruction and guidance in these classes thoughtful, clear and balanced. Mixing elegant sequencing, alongside a healthy does of humor and practical applications movement classes of all forms will help you encounter your self with more fortitude and grace, as you learn the tools and techniques of yoga and conscious movement.

For the Love of Practice | All Levels Fall Series

Mondays November 4 - December 23

A weekly 75-minutes of straight forward yoga instruction with lots of heart. Our playful yet focused approach, exploring the forms of asana through clear and balanced instruction, precise and elegant sequencing, and essential teachings of the practice aims to reignite our practice life.

All classes are recorded (so live attendance is not required) and stored in a library for you with lifetime access so you can return to these practices again and again.

Full Series (all 8 classes) $135, Single Drop in $25 per class.

The Movement Experiment | Monthly Dances

Next Dance TBD

Experience a space to explore your own range of movement and expression in as many ways possible. This free-form, non choreographed dance, puts music and organic movement at the helm so we can ground our energy, shake loose what's a little stuck, and make more room for our truest selves. Our aim is to support deep connection with our bodies and hearts in rich and grounded ways.  Expect to move, sweat, and be a little more free. No previous dance experience is required. Only a willingness to come and be yourself fully.
