Ring of Fire: A Group for Divorced Mamas

Monthly in Boulder, CO | Limited to 8 participants

Divorce is a trial by fire. Even when it’s amicable, it reshapes everything — your identity, your home, your future. And when it’s conflict-laden, the pain can cut straight to the bone.

I know this because I’ve lived it.

And I also know that something new and powerful can rise in its place.

The process of finding your ground, reclaiming your voice, and rebuilding your life can be lonely and disorienting — but it’s also a path of deep renewal. And your healing doesn’t just serve you. It ripples outward to your children, your community, your future.

Ring of Fire is a monthly, in-person support group for divorced mothers — at any stage of the journey — who are longing for community, reflection, and guidance as they walk this sacred threshold.

It’s part process group, part psycho-education, part creative ritual. Together, in a gently held, closed circle, we’ll explore the heartbreak, hope, rage, and resilience that come with losing one life and creating another.

What You Can Expect:

  • Honest, meaningful connection with other divorced mothers

  • Themed group discussions and individual sharing

  • Creative and embodied practices to support expression and healing

  • Ritual and reflection to mark your journey

  • Psychoeducation and tools to process and navigate this new chapter

  • A space to reclaim your voice, power, and wholeness

This is a space to unearth the parts of yourself longing to be witnessed, claimed, and reborn. You don’t have to hold it all alone. Together, we walk forward — not back — toward lives filled with dignity, sovereignty, and joy.

If I can rise from the fire, you can too. And the world needs you whole.
