Body-centered counseling invites you into an intimate relationship with your inner world — through sensation, breath, movement, and presence. It’s a practice of listening closely to your body’s language, reconnecting with what’s been silenced or held for too long, and finding new ways to move, feel, and relate.
In a somatic session, we follow your body’s lead. We may track sensation, explore gentle movement, or engage in experiential practices that help loosen the grip of trauma and awaken your natural resilience. This work supports deep nervous system healing — and makes space for more aliveness, clarity, and connection.
