The Somatic Therapy Workbook Guided Course

Enjoy a guided journey through The Somatic Therapy Workbook chapter by chapter, week by week. In this 13-week course Livia will illuminate the principles and practices encoded in the workbook, giving you a supported experience to accompany your self-healing. Each week you will unpack a chapter— exploring and embodying somatic themes through movement, journaling, conversation and creativity. This course will give you a living, breathing experience in cultivating somatic and embodiment skills that reduce stress, repair wounds, and restore nervous system health.

It will give you ample tools and space for your own process as well as building bridges to work with others. Whether you have utilized the workbook already or are new to its material, you will find a space for you in this circle of exploration and expression. If you are a yoga teacher, movement educator, body worker, or therapist, you’ll receive nourishment for your own embodiment practices and somatic life, and carve new avenues for your clients and students.

Tuition: $480 single payment, $240 two payments, or $96/month 5 month extended payment plan.

Includes:

  • Thirteen weekly LIVE 90 minute sessions with Livia. These are ALL RECORDED so you do not need to attend live.

  • Ten downloadable mini somatic movement sessions to practice all the time.

  • Weekly emails introducing the theme of the week based on the chapter, as well as teachings and prompts to ground and motivate your self study.

  • All recordings of the sessions for you to keep forever.

Experience a space to explore your own range of movement and expression in as many ways possible. This free-form, non choreographed dance, puts music and organic movement at the helm so we can ground our energy, shake loose what's a little stuck, and make more room for our truest selves. Our aim is to support deep connection with our bodies and hearts in rich and grounded ways.  Expect to move, sweat, and be a little more free. No previous dance experience is required. Only a willingness to come and be yourself fully.
