WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS COURSE
This 12-week live online course is a guided journey through the Somatic Therapy Workbook where you’ll receive personalized support to explore somatic and embodiment practices for deep healing and transformation. You’ll go chapter by chapter, using movement, journaling, and reflection to embody the teachings in a practical way.
The course is designed to support body workers, yoga teachers, therapists, and anyone interested in deepening their somatic practice. Whether you’re familiar with the workbook or new to it, you’ll find space for your own process while building tools for working with others.
