Rediscover your physical body as a vehicle to access your voice // Sense into your fat, skin, blood, bones, and organs…and listen to what they’re trying to tell you // Hone your language to more accurately reflect your message // Practice embodiment techniques to unlock silenced voices from within // Unravel lost inner landscapes and stand on a solid physical foundation: land in your own body. Know where you are now. Speak from that place.

 

In this 3-day program, acclaimed author and experienced yoga teacher, Peach Friedman, will progressively take you through a writing and movement immersion experience.

Through asana, movement, exercises + conversation, Peach will guide you through somatic awareness practices as well as physical movement exercises and offer specific writing prompts to inspire your engagement with the material.

Delicious, nourishing, locally grown and home-cooked organic food will be prepared with love and served for lunch on Friday and Saturday as well as a snack on Sunday. An extraordinary compliment to the other work of the days together.

$400 - Full retreat

DAILY SCHEDULE:

8:40-9am Arrive and settle in. Stretch. Breath. Welcome

9-12 Morning Session Asana, Movement, Writing, Large and Small Group Work

12-1:30pm Lunch

2-5pm Afternoon Session Asana, Movement, Writing, Large and Small Group Work

(Sunday will end by 2pm- expect a longer morning with breaks and snacks.)
