Join us for a full day of asana exploration. Time to refine and clarify work in foundational poses and approach more challenging ones in new ways. Morning session will focus on standing poses and backbends. Afternoon session will focus on hip openers and meditation.
Morning Session: 9-12 Standing Poses And Backbends
Afternoon Session: 2-5 Hip Openers And Meditation
