About The Movement Experiment: The body is a gateway to the subtle. The Movement Experiment is many things; wild, powerful, edge-pushing, restoring, sweaty, cleansing, primal source finding + exquisitely soul-tending. It is an elegant combination of repetitive movement, yoga, free-form dance, + functional exercises each linked with breath, deep attention + stirring music. Engage your body in creative ways to tune into + move energy and emotions. You’ll leave nourished, clear + liberated toward a more resilient sense of Self.

About Hatha Yoga: A practice to fortify the body, clarify the mind, and exquisitely tend the heart. Fridays Asana class yoga is suitable for all levels and explores the forms of asana through clear and balanced instruction, precise and elegant sequencing, and essential teachings of the practice.

About Int/Adv Practice: For the experienced yoga practitioner looking to refine poses and practice more complex shapes. Detailed alignment and a focuses but relaxed atmosphere hold space for growth and learning.

For Tuesdays and Sunday Monthly classes please pay via paypal to lgsyoga@gmail.com or at the door. Classes are $10-$20 pay-pay-what-you-can. Yoga Intentions is located at 4645 BROADWAY ST. Suite C4 BOULDER,CO 80304. *** Please note this location is in the back of a set of work/live units. You may park in the visitor spots in the lot during the week. Otherwise please use street parking and walk all the way back.
